Lectionary texts illuminated by art for the Easter Vigil

Experience the passage from death to life, from sin to salvation, from slavery to freedom in the biblical stories of God’s redeeming power. We begin the service by lighting the new Christ Candle on the labyrinth and then carry the light of Christ into our dark sanctuary. As the light of Christ rises in glory, we remember our baptism, come to the Lord’s table, and greet the Risen Christ in proclamation, prayers, and hymns.
