Volunteer Recruitment: Join Us in Planning Our Pride Picnic and Parade!
Are you passionate about equality, diversity, and inclusion? Do you want to contribute to creating memorable events that celebrate love and acceptance? We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to join our planning team for this year’s Pride Picnic and Parade!
Our Pride Picnic and Parade is a vibrant celebration of LGBTQA+ pride, unity, and visibility in our community. We’re committed to create a sacred, safe, welcoming space where everyone can come together to celebrate and affirm love and the sacredness of who we are created to be.
• How to Get Involved: If you’re interested in volunteering with us, email Rev. Nataly Negrete at nataly@stpaulshouston.org as soon as possible.
• Save the Dates: Our Zoom planning meetings will be held on Tuesday evenings (April 30, May 7, May 14 and May 21) from 7-8:15 pm.
Pride Picnic: Sunday, June 2

Join us for our annual indoor Pride Picnic for a fun event for the whole church family. Call to register at 713-528-0527, or use the link below. Register by May 30th.
Pride Parade: Saturday, June 29
7–9 pm | Downtown houston
The parade route is approximately 1.5 miles and we invite all St. Paul’s members and friends to meet our St. Paul’s bus at 7 pm along Allen Parkway (exact location will be sent out to you via email). We encourage everyone to find their own transportation to and from the parade, if at all possible (train/carpool with friend/ride share service). However, if you would like to meet at the church at 4:45 pm, we will have one St. Paul’s bus do a drop-off to the parade site.
At the parade site, our Pride team will have water, sunscreen and a few snacks, but we invite you to eat before you arrive.
